Today is the day that I was due to have Lucas. Boy am I glad he is here now! I can't imagine how miserable I would have been for the last 12 days, had he not come yet....AND BIG, him and me, lol! Lucas is the best baby! He wakes me up 1 time each night by sucking on his fists. He eats, burps, poops, eats again, and then goes back to sleep unitl morning. He hardly ever fusses and he will let me put him off with his pacifier when i am busy helping the other children. When he gets upset, he cries for about 10 seconds and then gets tired and goes back to sleep. (I know I cant count on this one for long.) He lets the kids hold him even though they are not quite big enought to hold him comfortably. He fits in with our family well and there is no doubt in my mind that he came when he was supposed to. I am so thankful for my sweet little guy, he is awesome! These pics are especially for those of you who are too far away to come and hold him!

He is so cute, just like the others. I love seeing your big family- arent you glad the Lord knows us better than we know ourselves? You and I would be missing our smallest jewels. I can't even fathom that!

I just showed the girls the pictures and Lilly says "now they have two babies!" If she could only remember a different mom in a different time..... hmmmm....
I also just realized that Santa delivered for Brandon! Its been about nine months since he told Santa he wanted a brother! I don't think I'll let the kids talk to Santa anymore. Ha Ha

Hey, was your delivery nurse Annette??? I want to come see Lucas when you stop running around! :) Can I bring you dinner next week when Mike is gone???
