Ward Christmas Party

Our ward Christmas party was AMAZING! So much time and effort went into the planning! In the morning the kids went to the church to have "Breakfast with Santa" and they took each child's picture with him. In the evening they decorated the gym like it was Bethlehem. They had lights strung from side to side, scenery pics on the walls, and they set up tables so they looked like farmers market booths. They had everyone bring blankets to sit on and canned food to pay their "tax". They gave each family a little leather bag of money to purchase their meals at the market. Then we sat on our blankets and ate dinner. Then they did a nativity and narrated it from the Bible and we sang songs in between...Savhannah got to be Mary. The costumes that the the Ward Activity Leader made were awesome!
